Description: |
Responsible for the strategic and operational direction of hospital-owned medical offices. Duties include physician contract management, management of all human and capital resources, budget development and management. |
Requirements: |
Bachelors degree in business or health related field preferred. At least five years of experience in medical practice management with demonstrated success. Knowledge and experience in financial management, information systems and coding regulations. Previous experience in physician recruitment and office start up is preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills required, as well as previous leadership experience. Experience working in a JCAHO accredited facility preferred, as well as a working knowledge of HIPAA. |
