Requirements: |
Educational and /or Professional Qualifictions:
1. Bachelor\'s Degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, architecture, or construction management required or equivalent leadership and technical experience in related fields.
2. Master\'s Degree in business, health administration, architecture, or engineering preferred.
3. Louisiana professional engineer or architect license preferred.
Previous Experience:
1. Three to five years of progressive management experience including facility maintenance, facility design, and management of construction/renovation in large/complex institutions required.
2. Minimum of three years of facility operations, design, consulting, or regulatory experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
Other Special Training / Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills and business management skills required.
2. Facility and Life Safety, Emergency Preparedness, Environment of Care experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of OSHA, JCAHO, NFPA, and Louisiana State Building and Life Safety required
